YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Temporary Custody by Extended Family Member has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Petitioners’ attorney, NICOLE R. BRUNSWICK, ESQ., of the law firm of SIMMONS LAW FIRM, P.A., whose address is 2211 Widman Way, Suite 110, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 on or before Nov 26, 2018, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, before service on the Petitioner’s attorney or immediately thereafter. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, A DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE PETITION FOR TEMPORARY CUSTODY BY EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBER.
