Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed Feb. 11, 2019 in Case No. 17-CA-002060 (Consolidated with Case No. 18-CA-000581), of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which FRANZESE PLUMBING, INC. is the Crossclaimant and HIDDEN GEM INVESTMENTS, INC. is the Cross Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on March 14, 2019, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Lots 35, 36 and 37, Block 23, SAN CARLOS PARK NORTH ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 28, at Pages 14 through 17, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
