NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-003126-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for CIT Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, by Vericrest Financial, Inc. as attorney-in-fact, Plaintiff and Eddie L. Travis are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk’s website at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 30, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL OF TRACT 17, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. EXCEPT THE NORTH 207 FEET THEREOF, AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF THE EAST 200 FEET THEREOF, SUBJECT, HOWEVER TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 12 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
