NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2019, and entered in 18-003616-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1 is the Plaintiff and SNTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 801 83RD AVE UNIT 333 LAND TRUST DATED THIS 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2017; EVALINA MOULTRIE; JERRY E. BYRD A/K/A GERALD EVERETT BYRD A/K/A GERALD E. BYRD ; DREW MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES INC.; STATE BANK & TRUST ; ASBURY ARMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
