NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-005390 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Delaware Trustee and U.S. Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Co-Trustee for Government Loan Securitization Trust 2011-FV1, Plaintiff and Jason E. Walton are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 19, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 103, PASADENA ESTATES, SECTION “H”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
