The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com On July 30, 2019 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK H, DESOTO ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 41, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE EASTERLY 5 FEET THEREOF TAKEN FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. 
And commonly known as 3152 53rd Street, Sarasota, FL 34234.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
