The administration of the estate of ALAN V. DUPONT, deceased, is pending in the Circuit Court in Pinellas County, Florida.  The file number for the case is 19-005702-ES.  The court’s address is 545 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701.  The name and address of the estate’s Personal Representative is Paul Dupont, Junior, 63 Palmer Avenue, Riverside, Rhode Island 02915.  The name and address of the Personal Representative’s Attorney is David Vogel (Florida Bar # 104113), 203 N. Armenia Avenue, Suite 101, Tampa, Florida 33609.
All creditors of decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent’s estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.  All other creditors of Decedent and other persons having claims or demands against Decedent’s estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.  ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME-PERIODS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.  ANY CLAIM FILED MORE THAN 2 YEARS AFTER DECEDENT’S DEATH WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
