NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 19-2394-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and SUNDAY 365, LLC, is the Defendant.  Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 5, WOODRIDGE TERRACE, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 6, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property No. 27-31-16-99072-000-0050
Commonly referred to as 4243 12th Avenue S., St. Petersburg, Florida 33711
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
