THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THE SOUTH 155 FEET OF THE EAST 104.0 FEET OF TRACT 87, IN SECTION 10, TOWN-SHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLSCOLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
