NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 25, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-003469-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-EMX1 is the Plaintiff and Marconi J. Nascimento a/k/a Marcelo Nascimento; Jennifer L. D. Souza a/k/a Jennifer De Souza; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc.; Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK C, HIGHLAND GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AND AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
