NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date entered June 11, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 19-9-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, AND CREDITORS OF LAURA JEAN HUEWITT, DECEASED, ERNEST COBB, JAMES BROWN, JAMES LEE BROWN, SHALLIE MAE SLACK, LOUIS JAMES COBB, SR., NEW YORK CARPET WORLD, STEVE’S EXCAVATING AND PAVING, INC., DBA: SARNAGO & SONS RECYCLING AND MATERIALSare the Defendants.  Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 25, BLK B, GREENWOOD PARK, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 22, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
