NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2020 in Case No. 20-CC-001784 in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and DANIEL JACKSON, JENNIFER JACKSON, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on September 3, 2020. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK A, TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 65-70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 9622 ROUNDSTONE DRIVE, FORT MYERS, FL 33967.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
