NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-053421, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1, is the Plaintiff and LUZ M. BARBOSA A/K/A LUZ BARBOSA, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A NATIONAL CITY BANK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUZ M. BARBOSA A/K/A LUZ BARBOSA n/k/a luz barbosa and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY,are defendants.
