YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
The South 2.5 feet of the East half of Lot 10 in H.L. Grider`s Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 71 of Pinellas County, Florida, and
The South 2.5 feet of the West half of Lot 10 in H.L. Grider`s Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 71 of Pinellas County, Florida.
