NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 19-006179-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH2 , Plaintiff, and, NICOLE RENEE ROBINSON, et al., et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, http://WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 16th day of February, 2021, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
