NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 19, 2021, and entered in Case No. 20-001232-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida.  DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR5, is Plaintiff and MARY A. STANTON A/K/A MARY STANTON; ROSEMARY P. ACKER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSEMARY P. ACKER, are defendants.  Ken Burke, Clerk of Circuit Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of MARCH, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, IMPERIAL GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.  unclaimed.
