NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Suite 102, COUNTRYSIDE PROFESSIONAL CENTER, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5958, Page 2138, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 83, Page 85, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.  With the following street address: 28960 U.S. Highway 19 N., #102 Clearwater, Florida, 33761.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 6, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
