NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2020, and entered in 19-007542-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS7 is the Plaintiff and WAYNE L. MOSSETT A/K/A WAYNE MOSSETT; ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; ANITA T. MOSSETT; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WES HOLDING CORPORATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA EQUITY SERVICING, LLC SUCCESSOR IN BY MERGER TO HOMEQ SERVICING CORPORATION are the Defendant(s).
