NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order entered August 2, 2011, in Case No. 2009-CA-010507-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to AmSouth Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and George Bino Rucker, Unknown Spouse of George Bino Rucker n/k/a Ragaivi Rucker, Unknown Tenant n/k/a Bill Trempe and Las Palmas of Sarasota Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via on-line at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00am, or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed,  on the 6th day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1-111, LAS PALM AS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT #2004247846, AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT #2004247847, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. 
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
