To: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST ANTHONY DE LORENZO aka ANTHONY DE LORENZO, DECEASED. YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the above-referenced action has been filed to quiet title in the following real property located in Charlotte County, Florida:
LOT 57 & 58, Block 123, UNIT NO 7 TROPICAL GULF ACRES, as per Plat found of record in Plat Book 3, Page 99-A, Charlotte County Records.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the LAW OFFICE OF ALEXIS GONZALEZ, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff/Association, whose address 3162 Commodore Plaza, Suite 3E, Coconut Grove, Florida 33133, on or before thirty (30) days after first publication i.e. August 15, 2022, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the in rem relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
