NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2022, and entered in 17-004765-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR3 is the Plaintiff and OSAMA EL-ALAMI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OSAMA EL-ALAMI; GULF STATES CAPITAL- TONY CONDER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 26, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: 
A PART OF TRACT #2, LYING NORTHWEST OF U.S.19A. TAMPA & TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID TRACT #2 AND RUN SOUTH 47 DEGREES 00’ 00” E, 160 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF U.S. 19A; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTHWESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY, SOUTH 43 DEGREES 00’00” W, 174 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 237 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
