NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 1, 2023, and entered in Case No. 48-2019-CA-001528-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-14, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-14 , is the Plaintiff and Angie M. Rivera, Avalon Park Property Owners Association, Inc., The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank Of New York, as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Inc., CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust Series, 2006-F, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at http://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the March 21, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
