Leaster Special Needs Trust, have filed an action against you, and such action seeks a declaration that imposes a constructive for the benefit of the Andrew J. Leaster Special Needs Trust, over your interest in the property described below and located in Orange County, Florida, and declares that title to such property is vested in the Andrew J.
