FRANKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN A. FRANKE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 31, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 131, ACCORDING TO THE TOWN OF SUTHERLAND FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA (OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART) ON MARCH 29, 1888, 
ALSO DESCRIBED AS: 
LOT 2, BLOCK 131 ACCORDING TO THE TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H1, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
