NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure dated April 4, 2024, and entered in Case No. 2023CA003918CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for on Pasco County, Florida, wherein Capital City Bank is the Plaintiff and AVCO Materials and Services, Inc., a Florida corporation; Edward J. Avella, as Trustee of the Edward J. Avella Trust Agreement dated April 24, 2008, a/k/a Edward J. Avella as Trustee of the Edward J. Avella Living Trust Agreement dated April 24, 2008 and Edward J.
