NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 23, 2023, and an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2024, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 18-004243-CI, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JON B. HARDEN A/K/A JON BRIAN HARDEN A/K/A JON HARDEN A/K/A HARDEN JIN BRIAN, CLEARWATER KEY ASSOCIATION-SOUTH BEACH-1480 GULF BLVD., INC. and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendants.
