BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 19, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 104.8 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT, A DISTANCE OF 62 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF COLUMBIA COURT; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 104.8 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF LAUREL STREET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 62 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. THIS DESCRIPTION INCLUDES A STRIP OF LAND 6.4 FEET WIDE AND 104.8 FEET LONG OFF THE WEST SIDE OF SAID LOT 21.
