NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment for Damages and Foreclosure of Lien dated March 18, 2025, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 22nd day of April, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
The mobile home located on Plaintiff’s property at 2642 Nagano Drive, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida 33764, a 2008 SKYO Mobile Home, VIN #31620141WB, Title #0101255624.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
