NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of March, 2025, and entered in Case No.: 2024-CA-5416, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE TRINITY ALLIANCE 2911, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and MINDFUL INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company and BLACKTIP CONSTRUCTION GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash electronically at http://www.lee.realforeclose.com on the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at 9:00 a.m. on the 29th day of May, 2025, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 42 and 43, Block 2951, Cape Coral Unit 42, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Page(s) 32 through 44, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
