NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 9, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 005925 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR LHOME MORTGAGE TRUST 2022-RTL1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2022-RTL1, Plaintiff and JORO INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; JOSEPH YEAGER; PALMER LAKE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on May 28, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
