NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 0807 WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein LINEAR CAPITAL, LLC is the Plaintiff and MARK SALGUEIRO, GLORIA SALGUEIRO, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., and GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM NUMBER TWO, INC. , are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit Number “D” of Building Number 3015, Gardens of Beacon Square Condominium, Number Two, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 502, Page(s) 213 through 265, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page(s) 27 and 28, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
