NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated November 15, and entered in 2010-2344-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-0PT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-0PT1, is the Plaintiff and INTEGRITY BAIL BONDS;    INC ; MAUREEN E FIRKAL (AKA   MAUREEN FIRKAL); UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN E FIRKAL AKA MAUREEN FIRKAL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am on January 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 2, LYNNDALE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOETHER WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON. 
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
