NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment.  Final Judgment was awarded on September 23, 2010 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-031129-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18. is the Plaintiff, and PAUL PARAWAN JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; COURTNEY LANDING CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants

CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4-426, COURTNEY LANDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8239, PAGE 2982, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA. 
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
