NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 1, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-010605-XXXX-ES (J1), of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIED INABS 2006-C, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2006-C, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and ROBERT EZELL A/K/A ROBERT PAUL EZELL; CANDICE EZELL A/K/A CANDICE RAE EZELL N/K/A CANDICE RAE O’BRIEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT EZELL A/K/A ROBERT PAUL EZELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CANDICE EZELL A/K/A CANDICE RAE EZELL N/K/A CANDICE RAE O’BRIEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ACOUSTIC HOME LOANS, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 126, FORT KING ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 109, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
