NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11 006410 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, and JOHN T. WAHLMARK JR., WENDY M. WAHLMARK, THE HAMMOCKS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION OF PALM HARBOR, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 7th day of June, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, THE HAMMOCKS UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
