Personal Property
All fixtures, furnishing, materials, supplies, equipment, inventory, leases, licenses, permits, contracts, contract rights, accounts, accounts receivable, rents, and personal property of Debtor, BSP/Pasco, LLC, located in, on, under or above, or arising out of the premises described in Exhibit A attached hereto and situated in Pasco County, Florida, and all profits and proceeds arising therefrom.
The Clerk shall sell the property all at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com on July 9, 2012, commencing at 11:00 a.m., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statues. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
