NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 5th, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-001037-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida in the above noted case that the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the following property in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
PARCEL 1
Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block A, Petroutsa Brothers Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 18. Also begin at northwest corner of Lot 9, thence N-87-03-40-E feet; thence N-2-56-20-W 20 feet; thence S-87-03-40-W 299 feet; thence S-2-56-20-E 20 feet to POB, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
PARCEL 2
Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Schindler Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 28. Also begin at northwest corner of Lot 1, Page 28. Also begin northwest corner of Lot 1, thence N-87-03-40-E 97 feet; thence N2-56-20-W 25 feet; thence S-87-03-40-W 97 feet; thence S-2-56-20-E 25 feet to the POB, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. a/k/a 1639 10th Street, Sarasota, FL 34236
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of July, 2012. The highest bidder shall immediately post with said clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of sale by cash or cashier’s check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
