NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated the 6th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-004488-J1 (DIV J4-ES), of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and GLORIA J. HUGHES A/K/A GLORIA JEAN HUGHES; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, A FEDERAL ASSOCIATION; MARTY HUGHES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County’s Public Auction website: http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 16, GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 118, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
