NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 21, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-000801-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006, GSAMP Trust 2006-HE8, Plaintiff and Felix R. Cabrera a/k/a Felix Cabrera and Mildred Cabrera, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk’s website at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 21; THAT PORTION OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NE CORNER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN S.00 DEGREES 17’00” W., 379.90 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 35; THENCE RUN WEST 615.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN S 00 DEGREES 17’00’’ W., 167.0 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 150.00 FEET; THENCE RUN N.00 DEGREES 00’17’’E., 167.00 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 150.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
