NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-009247ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP. is the Plaintiff and JOHN F. SUTTON, JR. A/K/A JOHN F. SUTTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN F. SUTTON, JR. A/K/A JOHN F. SUTTON N/K/A KIMBERLY SUTTON; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A SARAH MILLER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
