NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 28, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002419CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and MELVILLE G. ABRAHAMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O’Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of October, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 903, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 9-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 61 THROUGH 63 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
