NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008373 WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-FS1, is Plaintiff, and CATHERINE BELLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 61, HERITAGE PINES VILLAGE 30, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 84, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
