NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2010 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on March 27, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 16, BLOCK 2, ENGLEWOOD PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
