NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-003142 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and William E. Brown, III; The Unknown Spouse Of William E. Brown, III; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Pasco County Board Of County Commissioners; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being ficticious to account for parites in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of September, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1023, FOREST HILLS UNIT NO. 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
