Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Orange County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT(S) 35, BLOCK 169, SPRING LAKE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 94 AND 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 11, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN TIIE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
