NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated 12/30/2020, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010961 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A is the Plaintiff and LEZA S. TELLAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEZA S. TELLAM and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on February 8, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. on the following described property set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 32 AND 33, BLOCK I, GOLFVIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK H, PAGE(S) 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
