YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Amended Petition to Determine Beneficiaries has been filed in the referenced probate administration action, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to it, if any, on ROBERT J. KELLY, ESQUIRE, the Petitioner's attorney, whose address is 605 Palm Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, Florida 34698, on or before March 17, 2023, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Petitioner's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Petition.
