YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, HOME OWNERS OF PALM HILL, INC., a Florida corporation, seeking foreclosure of the following real property:
Lot 1, Block 358, PALM HILL MOBILE HOME PARK (unrecorded) according to the Master Form Exclusive Right of Possession Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 6384, Page 1015, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto (the “Unit”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 4302 issued by the Cooperative to ELAINE ANN BLASER, evidencing their percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”);
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1976 CRIT Mobile Home having Vehicle Identification Numbers 6196A and 6196B, and Title Numbers 0013862688 and 0013862689, respectively (the “Mobile Home”).
and you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to Andrew MrBride, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 150 Second Avenue North, Suite 1700, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint
