NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-1645-CO-041, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA SCOTT, A SINGLE WOMEN, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 9, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 201, Building H, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of MISTY SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE III, as recorded in O.R. Book 4929, pages 337 through 413; and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 44 through 51,amended in Condominium Plat Book39, Page16, Condominium Plat Book 39, Page120, Condominium Plat Book 41, Page 21, Condominium Plat Bok 41, Page 71, Condominium Plat Book 42, Page 60 and Condominium Plat Book 43, Page 118, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
