NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-022395-08 CICI-08, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, is Plaintiff and SANDRA L. GONYO; CINDY L. SANVILLE; CAPITAL ONE BANK, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 9th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK D, FLORIDA RETIREMENT VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 45 AND 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
